2005 Spirithouse Pinot Noir Tasting Notes

The aromas are deep and spicy with cherry, spices and a hint of rich vanilla creme. The flavor is mouth filling and extra silky, with a concentrated and succulent finish. Black cherry blends with blueberry-like fruit while retaining a beautifully balanced texture between tannin and fruit sweetness. Look for cedar wood and tamarind spice entwined with rich fruit.
