Overnight & 2-Day Shipping
Due to FedEx pick-up schedules at Argyle, orders that include Overnight or 2-Day shipping options will go out the same day IF PLACED BY 10:00AM PST. Overnight and 2-Day orders placed after 10am PST will be picked up by FedEx the following business morning.

States We Can Ship To
Due to individual state shipping laws, we can only ship to the following states:
AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV & WY.

Please contact us for additional shipping charge amounts for Alaska and Hawaii. If you do not see your state listed, please contact us for details on shipping to your state.

Minnesota residents, your order must be completed over the telephone.

All wines are shipped via FedEx Ground and require an adult signature. We recommend using your work address if you are away from home during the day.

You may cancel your membership in writing at any time. Please allow 3 weeks for the cancellation process.

Sales Tax
Some US states enforce varying amounts of taxes based on your city/county, even though your order is placed online. If you live in one of these tax-enforced zones, required taxes will be added to your order at the winery when we charge your credit card. Tax-enforced zones include (but may not be limited to) the following:

California - 7%

New York - 7%

North Carolina - 7%

Michigan - 6%

Texas - 6%

Washington - 6%

South Carolina - 5%

Virginia - 5%

Idaho - 5%

Louisiana - 4%

Terms of Sale
Terms: ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN OREGON AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN OREGON. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Oregon. the buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing and order with your credit card or check, you authorize Argyle winery to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Helping Preserve the Environment One Case at a Time

Argyle is very committed to preserving the environment in any way it can. We're certified Salmon Safe, we use bio-diesel in our tractors, etc.

Our supplier for wine shipping boxes and inserts (West Coast Paper Co.) recently announced the happy news that their "Vintner's Choice" pulp wine trays (used in shipping Argyle wines) have been recognized by the Scientific Certification Systems as meeting their stringent requirements of being at least 97% recycled content.

As an added bonus, these wine shippers are 100% made in Oregon... pulped in Corvallis using recycled newspaper from Eugene's Register-Guard newspaper.
