Citrus Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Bright, zesty, and made for a warm evening on the patio, these Citrus Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers bring fresh, vibrant flavors to your summer table. A perfect pairing for a glass of Nusshaus Riesling, they capture the season’s easygoing spirit with every bite.

Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Zest and juice of 1 lime

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, lime zest and juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Serve with extra lemon and lime wedges.
