2019 Spirit Hill Vineyard Blanc de Blancs

This radiant Blanc de Blancs is considered by many to be a ‘baby’ Extended Tirage. On the palate, this winning wine has enticing layers of lemon cream, spring floral blossoms, oyster shell minerality, and saline-driven length and precision. From Argyle’s highest elevation site where the Van Duzer winds whip through the vineyard, this wine is fresh and crisp, and is perfect with oysters on the half-shell.

“Super frothy bubbles made me think my face was going to float away. The wine’s fresh aromas combine honeydew melon and beeswax with fresh-cut grass and saline. Crisp acidity shepherds tart lime pith, lemon and almond flavors across the finish line. Spirit Hill’s mouthfeel is as lively as its bubbles.” 90 Points: Excellent; highly recommended
