This sparkling wine layers yellow apple, biscuit, andripe strawberry with subtle smoky undertones drawnfrom Oregon’s volcanic soils. The palate is lifted andfocused, showing a fine phenolic texture that addsgrip and definition. Bright fruit is balanced by savorydepth and clean minerality, finishing crisp, composed,and quietly expressive.
