Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (plus more for garnish)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Toast for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, mix crème fraîche, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
