Ingredients:

3 oz Argyle Ruby Brut

2 oz Aperol

1 oz club soda

Orange slice, for garnish

Ice

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass or tumbler with ice.

Add Aperol, followed by Ruby Brut and club soda.

Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange slice.

Serve immediately and toast to summer.
