“A fine approach to selecting wines for Thanksgiving is to focus on Oregon pinot noir and pinot gris. They are Oregon’s best wines, and both pair wonderfully well with a broad range of foods, including traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
Of course, many other wine regions also produce pinot noir and pinot gris/grigio, but those from Oregon are ideal for food pairings, being clean and crisp with well-balanced fruit. Below are my suggestions for widely appealing bottles of Oregon pinots across a range of prices.”
