LARGE GROUP POLICY

Thank you for your interest in bringing your large group to Argyle Winery. We are very excited to welcome you and have assembled this helpful FAQ to assist you in arranging your booking and to ensure the best possible experience for you and your guests, from beginning to end. Please review the following details carefully before reaching out to book your large group reservation by emailing customerservice@argylewinery.com

  • What qualifies as a large group?
    Large groups are parties of 9-16 guests.

  • What if I have more than 16 in my group?
    Groups of 16+ should inquire about booking a private event.

  • Is advanced notice required?
    Yes, 24 hours advance notice is required to book a large group reservation.

  • What are the tasting fees for a large group?
    A pre-paid $45 non-refundable fee for each guest, plus a 20% automatic gratuity. Note that the fee is based on the number of guests, not the number of tasters.
  • Can I apply my tasting fee to a purchase?
    Tasting fees are not refunded with wine purchases.
     
  • When will I be charged?
    Tasting fees are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours prior to reservation.
  • What does my tasting fee include?
    Your tasting fees include a dedicated server and your wine flight.
  • How does it work if you are a Club Member?
    Members will receive applicable discounts. Club members pay the retail rate for additional guests. Only One (1) Club Membership is allowed for redemption per booking. Club Members may not book separate reservations and then combine tables. Club members must pre-pay and will also have a 20% automatic gratuity applied.

  • Are options for food available?
    Guests may add individual charcuterie boxes for an additional $30 per box. These must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added at the time of the tasting due to availability. We can also add a large shared charcuterie board for $175-250 — seven days notice is required for larger boards.
