Order Processing & Shipping
Summer Weather Restrictions: During the warm spring and summer months of the year we routinely monitor temperatures across the country and would advise those outside of Arizona and Texas to hold any and all Ground shipments until temperatures are safe to ship. In the case of a weather hold, you will receive a shipping notification email when your shipment is processed. If you’d like to receive your wine right away, please select a more expedited form of shipping (2-Day or Overnight) at check-out.
Generally, orders placed online will be shipped within the following 1-2 business days and we will address the expedited shipping requests in a timely manner. Once orders are processed, ground shipping ranges from 2 days to Oregon and Washington to approximately 7 days to the East Coast.
Please note that 2-day and Overnight orders are based on weekday delivery. (i.e. a 2-Day order placed on Thursday by 11:00am will be delivered on Monday).
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please email us (9-5 PST, M-F) and we’ll do our best to get your wine to you safely and as quickly as possible!
