Available on a seasonal, rotating basis, these tastings illuminate specific facets of our 35-year history and winemaking process and are available by appointment only. Learn more about our current offerings below!

The Sparkling Experience

$95 per person — member discounts apply

The Sparkling Experience offers a semi-private (communal), elevated tasting adventure, featuring 10 exquisite wines paired with a charcuterie board, alongside a dosage trial. Guests begin with a walking tour of the property, exploring the crush pad, garden, tasting house, and Spirit House. The tour includes an in-depth history of our facility, brand, and sparkling wine production methods, culminating in a disgorgement demonstration.
