Wine Club Terms & Conditions
There is no initial enrollment cost to join. Simply choose a membership level and select your wine preference. Shortly after you sign up, we’ll build your first shipment (you can always see info about the current or upcoming selections here). If you opt for shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking info when it is sent (note that we do hold shipments for weather). If you select the pickup option, you’ll receive an order confirmation that will let you know it’s ready at the Tasting House.
- Member benefits begin with the purchase of the most recent shipment (or comparable purchase).
- Wine selections will be delivered directly to your home or business and your credit card will be automatically billed.
- If you choose to pick up your shipments at the winery, you must do so within 30 days of your card being charged or Argyle will ship your package to you at your expense.
- Argyle is not responsible for pickups left at the winery for over 45 days.
- All wines require an adult signature (must be 21 years old).
- Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii must be sent via air.
- Sorry, we cannot ship wine to PO boxes, and we can ship only to those states which allow legal shipments of wine.
- There are no wine substitutions allowed for automatic wine shipment selections.
- Currently, we are unable to ship to the following states: AK, AR, IN, MS, NJ, RI & UT.
By submitting the Wine Club sign up form, you agree to the following: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to the terms of membership. I authorize Argyle Winery to charge by credit card on file for all associated wine club charges.
Frequently Asked Questions
When are shipments scheduled?
Standard Club shipments occur in February and September. Premier Club shipments occur in February and September. Exclusive Club shipments occur in February, May, and September.
Can I customize my shipment?
Yes, you can customize your shipment. You’ll receive an email 2 weeks before cards are charged to select from available wines, or you may request changes at the Tasting House if picking up your wine.
Can I skip a shipment?
You can skip a shipment once, but regular shipments are required to maintain membership status.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card is declined, you will not receive your shipment. Multiple declined payments will result in cancellation of your membership. Please reach out to the Customer Service team to update your details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary. Premier and Exclusive club members will receive complimentary shipping, Standard Club members will pay a flat rate based on location.
