Wine Club Terms & Conditions

By signing up and receiving the benefits of Argyle Wine Club Membership, each member (“You”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Minimum Purchase/Renewal You agree to purchase a minimum of two Shipments, or incur an early $200 termination fee. Your Membership begins with the purchase of the initial Shipment and continues until otherwise canceled by the You or Argyle.

Payment You authorize Argyle to charge Your credit card on file at the time Argyle processes the Shipment (typically 2 weeks before the Shipment release date) for the cost of each Shipment and any applicable tax and shipping costs.

Shipments Shipments are made by common carrier to Your residential or business address on file (no PO Boxes) unless You have requested to pick up the Shipment at the winery (see Shipment Pick-Up, below). You are responsible for keeping Argyle updated on Your current address. An individual over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the Shipment. Argyle can ship only to those states which allow legal shipments of wine (currently we cannot ship to AK, AR, IN, MS, NJ, RI and UT). Shipments to Hawaii must be sent via air. Once Argyle processes a Shipment, Argyle is unable to alter or cancel the Shipment, and You are solely responsible for managing the shipment (through the FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice, as applicable). Charges to redirect or return Shipments are Your responsibility, and You authorize Argyle to charge Your credit card to reimburse it for such charges if incurred by Argyle.

Shipment Pick Up If You wish to pick up a Shipment at the winery, you must notify Argyle at customerservice@argylewinery.com at least 14 days in advance of the release date for the Shipment You wish to pick up. Argyle will hold the Shipment for up to 30 days from the Shipment release date. After 30 days, Argyle will send the Shipment by common carrier (see Shipments, above) at the Member’s expense. If a shipment is not picked up within 90 days from the release date, Argyle will automatically unpack the wine, and the specific wines you selected are no longer guaranteed. Argyle may substitute the original wines with comparable wines currently in stock. If you wish to ensure you receive your originally selected wines beyond the 90-day period, a $25 storage fee per order will be applied. Orders stored by Argyle must be picked up within 6 months.

No Substitutions If Your membership level includes automatic wine shipment selections, you are not allowed to make substitutions.

Returns Because wine is perishable, it cannot be returned. If a Shipment does not meet your expectations, please contact within 14 days from delivery of the Shipment so that we can address Your concerns. Shipments that are returned due to a carrier’s inability to make deliveries must be resolved within 14 days, after which Argyle is not responsible for storage of the package and the shipment will be disposed of properly. Members will be contacted via email and have 2 weeks (14 Days) to plan to receive the returned order. The order must be re-shipped at the members’ expense at the standard ground-shipping rate.

Cancellation and Holds After You receive two Shipments, you are eligible to cancel Your membership or place it on hold for one collection by sending a request to customerservice@argylewinery.com at least 14 days before the next scheduled Shipment release date. While Your Membership is on hold, you are not eligible to receive Wine Club Member Benefits, and you are not required to purchase a Shipment scheduled for release during the hold. Argyle may terminate the Membership if the hold period exceeds one Shipment.

Changing Club Memberships You may request to upgrade or downgrade your club type by contacting Argyle at customerservice@argylewinery.com. There is no fee to switch clubs, but Argyle must receive the request at least 14 days before the next scheduled Shipment release date. Late requests will be applied to the next scheduled Shipment. Please be aware that benefits vary between clubs, and you will adopt the benefits structure of your new club without retaining those from your previous club.

Acknowledgement of Terms, Certification of Legal Age, and Credit Card Authorization By applying for Membership, you agree to the following: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to the Argyle Wine Club Terms and Conditions, including that the membership continues until canceled. I further authorize Argyle Winery to charge by credit card on file for all associated wine club charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are shipments scheduled?

Standard Club shipments occur in February and September. Premier Club shipments occur in February and September. Exclusive Club shipments occur in February, May, and September.

Can I customize my shipment?

Yes, you can customize your shipment. You’ll receive an email 2 weeks before cards are charged to select from available wines, or you may request changes at the Tasting House if picking up your wine.

Can I skip a shipment?

You can skip a shipment once, but regular shipments are required to maintain membership status.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined, you will not receive your shipment. Multiple declined payments will result in cancellation of your membership. Please reach out to the Customer Service team to update your details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary. Premier and Exclusive club members will receive complimentary shipping, Standard Club members will pay a flat rate based on location.
